Refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling

Eligibility

Refunds apply only to fees paid for confirmed training seats or private sessions with System Brookline Academy. Enquiries and unconfirmed holds are not charged and therefore not refundable.

Timeframe

Cancel in writing to hall@systembrookline.click at least seven days before the scheduled start for a full refund of fees paid for that session. Cancellations between six days and 48 hours before start may receive a 50% refund. Cancellations inside 48 hours are generally non-refundable.

Full and partial refunds

A full refund returns the session fee when you cancel within the seven-day window or when we cancel a session and you decline the offered alternative date. A partial refund of 50% applies in the mid window above. No refund applies after a session has started.

Non-refundable items

Printed chart packs or materials ordered specifically for your seat after you approved the cost are non-refundable once purchased. Administrative bank fees charged by your provider are not reimbursed.

Deposits

Where a deposit was required to hold a seat, it is credited toward the session fee. Deposits follow the same cancellation windows as full fees unless your confirmation email states a different deposit rule.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule once without penalty if you notify us at least five days before the original date and another seat is available. Further reschedules may be treated as a cancellation under the timeframes above.

No-shows

Missing a session without notice is treated as a late cancellation. The fee is forfeited; we may offer a paid makeup review at our discretion.

Work already started

Private volume reviews that have begun—including review of charts you sent in advance—are non-refundable for the portion of time already used. Unused prepaid time may be credited toward a later review within 60 days.

Purchased materials

Materials prepared for your session after confirmation are yours to keep when you attend. If you cancel after materials were prepared, material costs may be deducted from any refund.

Refund process and method

Email hall@systembrookline.click or call 02 413-0482 with your booking reference and preferred refund method. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. We do not issue cash refunds at the hall door.

Our cancellations

If we cancel due to instructor illness or venue issues, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to a new date at no extra fee.

Exceptions

Consumer rights under Thai law that cannot be excluded remain available. Contact us promptly if illness or emergency prevents attendance; we will consider goodwill credits case by case.
