We use contact details to reply to enquiries, confirm seats, send session logistics, and manage cancellations or refunds. We do not sell personal information.

Storage and access
Enquiry records are stored with limited access by hall staff. We retain them only as long as needed for scheduling, accounting, and legal obligations in Thailand.
